TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in making a booking with Emmylou Medium.

Please carefully read the terms and conditions below prior to booking.
​
Payment:
Payment for online sessions via zoom are due in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made within 24 hours of booking via Paypal or PayID. Details are provided in an email once booking time and date is confirmed.
​
Cancellations:
The ability to reschedule is offered or refund given if notice of cancellation is given up to 12 hours prior via email or facebook Messenger.
If no notice is given, no refund will be provided less than 12 hours prior to scheduled time if notice has not been given.
​
Late attendance:
If for any reason you are up to 10 minutes late, the reading will proceed and finish at the scheduled time and at the paid booking price.
If you are not in attendance on zoom after 10 minutes, or if you fail to show for your booking, the session is forfeited and no refund is given.
​
Person booking:
You agree that the person booking is yourself and are over 18 years of age and are the person having the reading for the booking time. If booking as a gift or behalf of another person, Emmy is required to be made aware of this during the booking process.
​
Environment:
Readings are via zoom and requires that you are in a private and quiet space. You agree that there will not be other person's in the room to listen in without the reader's knowledge and acceptance.
